What material do you paint on?

Primarily raw canvas, or raw linen, I prime with a glear gesso & finish with a UV spray to ensure lightfastness.

Why do you paint clouds?

Clouds & weather is a funny thing for me that makes me feel connected to the world, we have moved so much around America & England & Scotland but the one thing that feels weird is I always come back to weather.
When we have bad weather in America & I speak to my parents back home in England my Dad always says they get it a few days/week later - it always ends up there (even if it doesn't truly)- it feels like a connectedness!
