Refund Policy

At Rhiannon Guppy Art, each piece is created and packaged with care. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

 

1. Returns

 

Returns are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact rhianguppy@yahoo.com before returning any item.

 

2. Restocking Fee & Shipping

 

All returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

    •    Commissions and personalized artworks are final sale and non-refundable.

    •    Gift cards and digital downloads (if applicable) cannot be returned.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email photos and order details within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

 

5. Refund Timeline

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
