1. General Information

 

All artworks, prints, and designs are created by Rhiannon Guppy and remain the intellectual property of the artist. No image, text, or content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

2. Orders & Payment

 

All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or error is suspected.

 

3. Shipping

 

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Franklin, Tennessee. Shipping costs and timelines are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

 

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. A $50 restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Commissions and personalized works are final sale and non-refundable. Please email rhianguppy@yahoo.com before initiating a return.

 

5. Commissions

 

Commission pricing begins at $450 and is calculated by size. Framing is optional and billed separately. A deposit is required before work begins, and final payment is due prior to delivery or shipping.

 

6. Copyright & Usage

 

All artwork, designs, and images on this website remain the property of Rhiannon Guppy. Purchasing a piece does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.

 

7. Liability

 

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or display of purchased artwork.
