Shipping Policy

At Rhiannon Guppy Art, every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

 

1. Processing Time

 

Original artworks and prints are typically shipped within 7–10 business days of purchase. Commissioned works will be shipped upon completion and final payment.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Orders are shipped from Franklin, Tennessee, via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

 

3. Domestic & International Shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

4. Packaging

 

Artworks are professionally wrapped and reinforced for protection. Prints and cards are shipped flat or in tubes depending on size.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, please email rhianguppy@yahoo.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

We are not responsible for delays, theft, or loss once the package is marked “delivered” by the carrier.
